Our quality warranties

Free, 2-year warranty for all “b’Twin” brand products, from the date of purchase and with the condition to have used it in a normal way.

We undertake to implement this warranty (contact the supplier, component return, change of parts).

We warranty your bikes :

- 5 years for the frames.
- 2 years for the spare parts and handiworks.

Furthermore, 3 months after your purchase, we offer the revisal of your bike.
