Keep it down to size : Hoptown 7 is folded in 15 seconds taking up 60% less space! It can be easily stored in small spaces around the house, office, in the boot of a car, a camping car or a boat. Side folding, anodised green folding levers for intuitive use. The stem adjustment is simplified by a limit stop near the lever. Clip fastening keeps it close when moving around: there's no risk of it opening in an untimely way.
The bike can be wheeled when folded making it easy to transport : once the bike is folded, it can be tilted through 90° so that it is resting on its wheels and the carrier's built-in wheels. This means that the bike can be wheeled once folded and moved without carrying over short distances particularly when using public transport. Over longer distances it can wheeled folded on its wheels whilst being held and steered by saddle once seatpost has been raised.
6061 aluminium frame : lighter and more rigid than a steel frame for improved pedalling power and very good tread feel.
Folding pedals : just press and the pedals fold away to save space. With pedals and stem folded, it can be stored next to a wall (26cm width).
Carrier with bungee : rectangular, flat and wide so that belongings are stable when transported. An effective bungee is provided.
7-speed integrated SHIMANO NEXUS drivetrain, chain guard : The days of derailling and wrong gearing are over. The 7-speed Shimano Nexus hub guarantees the widest possible range of gears for coping on slopes, and changing gears fully loaded and when stationary. No maintenance required. Totally reliable for intensive use. Chain guard prevents getting dirty from lubricated chain.
Side kickstand : easy short-term parking.
Carry bag : perfect for protecting the bike and storage area when storing for prolonged periods and for journeys by car, plane, train...
Ergonomic grips : for optimum handling comfort.
Lighting : Battery-powered, screwed, clip-on front light so it doesn't fall off when folding but can be easily unclipped to avoid theft when parking in town. Battery-powered rear light built in to the carrier.

Size of bike when folded (volume = 0.19m3) : Once folded, the Hoptown is very compact, so it can be easily stored in small spaces around the house, office, in the boot of a car, a camping car or a boat.
